Knowledge of DOT regulations is also required. This position will require overtime and some weekend work during the peak season.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Midland, Texas Facility. Our minimum requirements are graduation from high school and 5 to 7 years of experience.
We are looking for a SAFETY minded experienced individual with expertise in leading a staff of mechanics, PLC programming, mig/tig welding, strong electrical (AC/DC motors, control circuits, etc.), reading schematics and a basic understanding of electronic circuits and pneumatics/hydraulics. This individual must be very hands-on and will participate and lead in machine breakdowns. This individual must have strong record keeping skills, organizational skills and have excellent documentation skills.
Our first condition, one must comply with all safety procedures of lock-out, tag-out, confined space entry, PPE and all safety regulations at all times. This position overseas, maintains, repairs, and overhauls production machinery and equipment by performing daily/scheduled electrical and mechanical evaluations. In addition, this position will install, relocate and/or remove equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC and pneumatic systems. Maintains logs/maintenance records on all work performed and initiates requests for maintenance supplies, spare parts and tools and maintain a department budget.
Housekeeping, one must keep all areas clean and free of hazards by performing housekeeping duties in the maintenance area and in all areas worked.
