We areseeking candidates for Plant Manager for our Chesapeake, VA facility.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in plant management, preferably from a similar industry, a 4 year college degree, and direct profit and loss responsibility.

In addition, experience with safety assurance, distribution, team building, packaging processes, quality control, and plant maintenance is also required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
